The 30-day guarantee

If you're not happy with your song — for any reason — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. You don't need to argue your case. A one-line email is enough.

Before you ask for a refund

Two free options might fix it faster:

1. Free regenerations. Every purchase includes 2 free full regenerations from your approved lyrics — same words, new performance. Use them from your order page (the magic link in your delivery email).
2. Human help. Reply to any email from us and a real person answers within 24 hours. Wrong detail, odd pronunciation, technical trouble — most issues are fixable the same day.

Neither is required. If you just want the refund, you get the refund.

Failed deliveries

If our pipeline fails and your song can't be produced, you don't need to ask: the failure triggers our refund process automatically and you'll hear from us within 24 hours.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The gift page link is deactivated when a refund is issued.
