Song purchases are one-time payments charged at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day guarantee).

Your Song License

When your purchase is delivered, you receive a personal-use license to the song, gift page, and lyric video: you may play them at private and public events, share them on social media, and include them in personal projects (slideshows, videos, printed lyrics). You may not resell the song, claim authorship of the composition for commercial licensing, or use it in paid advertising without written permission.

AI Disclosure and Distribution

Songs are written and performed by AI systems working from the story you provide; we do not represent them as human-artist recordings. We make no promise of distribution to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) — streaming platforms apply their own AI-content policies, and uploads are outside our control and outside what you purchase here.

Content You Provide

You confirm that the names, stories, and messages you submit are yours to share and do not infringe anyone's rights. We use them solely to produce your song and deliver your order.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
